None of the products or materials published by Inno Coders at this site are copyright protected. However, we do not tolerate steals and abuse of our products. We do not tolerate stealing our products and materials and using them illegally without our knowledge. We do not tolerate copying, reproducing, posting, storing, distributing, displaying, publishing, broadcasting, transmitting, selling or using our products, materials and information we share with the public without our knowledge! We use pretty good techniques to make our content not being able to be used against our rules set here, but in anyways if you try to break this rule and we catch you, be sure you will not get away with it that easy!

Inno Coders Software License

Inno Coders provides the following End-User License Agreement with respect to the software and products it distributes. An End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Inno Coders for an Inno Coders software product. Such software product includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). Inno Coders has the right to revise the End-User License Agreement.

End User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement for our Software, which includes computer software and associated media, add-on modules, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation (collectively the "Software"), between You and Inno Coders. By accessing, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not install, distribute, or use the software.

As we said our software and products are not copyrighted, but its our intelectual property! All titles in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, keyword lists, IP lists, source code, templates, incorporated into the Software) are owned by Inno Coders. Everything we publish on our site and in our software is our intelectual property or intelectual property of some third party that granted us an access and rights to use it. We do not tolerate unauthorized use and any kind of illegal use and activities with our intelectual property!

Grant Of License

The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to the condition that you are in compliance with the terms of this EULA, you may install and use the Software for use for your personal use. No other use, modification, alteration, copying, or distribution of the Software is permitted. You may not rent the Software, nor may you offer use of it to others through a service bureau or application service provider. If you are installing this copy of the Software as an upgrade, update, patch or enhancement of a prior release of the same Software which was installed on the same computer, your rights under the prior license agreement for the Software are terminated, and all of your use of the Software (including its prior versions) are solely under the terms of this license agreement.

Limitations

Most of the Software files are encoded in order to protect the source code which is Inno Coders intelectual property. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. The Software is licensed as a single product, and its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. You may not modify, amend, or create derivative works of the Software. You may not alter, modify, or change Software any un-encoded source code files in any manner unless granted by Inno Coders.

Domain Licenses

Most of Inno Coders software is licensed on domain basis. This is the most effective method to protect our software from unauthorized use online, since most of our software is written in PHP and is server side software. During your software purchase you specify the domain on which you want to install the software and you license it to that domain only! You can't install the software with the same license key on other domain! Inno Coders relicenses you to other domain, only if your server is total incompatible with the software. In case you want to transfer, sell your licensed domain or just want to relicense your software for other domain, there will be a fee of $15.00 per software product.

USE OF Software

You are solely responsible for use of software, and any and all results resulting from use or misuse of software. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are using software in accordance with all local, state, and national laws. It is your duty to monitor pending and new legislation and make sure you are in compliance. It is your responsibility to ensure that your hosting service provider or ISP allows installation and use of Software on their systems, even if we do installation on said hosting service provider or ISP. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not violating any other parties' copyrights when using Software. You may not use our Software to steal or infringe the copyrights of others. You agree to use this software legally and to use it only for copyrights that you have the legal right to use. You agree that you will use Software ethically.

DISCLAIMERS

User expressly agrees that use of Software is at User's sole risk. You agree that Software is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. You also understand and agree that, while we make every effort to ensure that Software does not contain any security weaknesses, we are not responsible for any data loss, hacker attacks, backdoors, trojans, or other security or data incidents resulting from use, installation, or misuse of Software, or from our installation services, installation advice, or digital or telephonic communications related to installation or use of Software.

When we provide installation services, paid or otherwise, via e-mail, on the telephone, or remotely, you understand that we are not responsible for any data loss, compromised security, or loss of profits resulting from installation services or advice. As well, we do not warrant or guarantee that our installation services, or that the Software, is not in violation of your host, ISP or other's Terms And Conditions.

This disclaimer applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.

You acknowledge that Inno Coders , its employees, directors, shareholders, affiliated parties, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing Software are not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third-parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with user.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Inno Coders and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and any person or entity involved in creating, producing, or distributing Software from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the installation of Software, use of Software, misuse of Software, failure to use Software, technical glitches or bugs or security weaknesses in Software, or any other result arising out of Software.

We make no guarantees that our software will be able to handle unlimited performance and effectivity on your server, there will be a point at which the performance of your server can not handle the amount of work that you request of it. Optimal performance is dependent on a lot of factors beyond our control. We pretty good understand this, and we are trying to make our software on as old machines as possible, so when they run there will run on any kind of modern web servers. Your results will vary depending on equipment and the health of your set up.

Limitation Of Liability

You agree that in no event will Inno Coders, its employees, directors, shareholders, affiliated parties, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing Software be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any lost profits or lost savings -- even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damages, or claim -- arising from use, misuse, or installation of Software or from installation services or advice. The foregoing limitations and exclusions apply to the extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction. user hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to Software, installation services and advice, and all content on this site.

You agree that no information in this site constitutes legal advice. You agree that all information, programs, strategies, ideas, and thoughts in this site are for informational purposes only. You do not hold war management group , its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, affiliated parties, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing Software responsible for any actions taken by user.

Neither Inno Coders , its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, affiliated parties, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing Software warrant or guarantee the timeliness, sequence, legality, accuracy, validity, or completeness of the information contained in this site. Additionally, there are no warranties as to the results obtained from the use of this software.

You are solely responsible for anything you do with Software. You hold Inno Coders, its employees, directors, shareholders, affiliated parties, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing Software harmless for any of your actions. It is your sole responsibility to thoroughly assess the legality, profitability, and viability of using this Software. You hold Inno Coders, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, affiliated parties, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing software blameless in any circumstances.

You further understand that Inno Coders makes no warranties, guarantees, or claims in regards to your income by using this software. You agree and also that you have read our additional Disclaimer page.
